Miami Nice

This is how you do it bitches! Could you just die over this Miami getaway? Paul Wilmont is a P.R. Mogul to brands such as Oscar de la Renta and unlike most New Yorkers he'd rather vacay in Miami over the Hamptons. He found this derelict horseshoe shaped mid century-modern pad complete with a pool and gave it the love it had not seen in ages. Paul stands proud with his concrete Greyhounds in his front foyer of his home decorated by Andrew Galuppi and Jae Man Joo. Photography by William Waldron for Elle Decor.

JaDIE for this courtyard! He also has a poolside cabana with his and her dressing rooms, very Fast Times at Ridgemont High.

Prints by Alexandra Penny hang over a vintage wicker sofa. Carpet by ABC Carpet in Mongolian rabbit fur. Notice that side table? It's like an acrylic cube filled with hay, it pulls the natural elements of the wicker sofa in with a modern twist nicely.

The dining room is crowned with vintage Frances Elkins style chairs and Andy Warhol lithographs.

A Noguchi floor lamp and Lucite nesting tables offset an antique Chinese coffee table on the other side of the living room.

The property boasts Avocado and Bamboo trees in the courtyard. The floor to ceiling windows don't hurt.

Furnishings were compliments of Wilmont's brimming storage units from former homes. He has been collecting pieces for 25 years, mixing luxe with everyday styles.

Light fixture by George Nelson and vintage Florence Knoll dining chairs brighten up the photo wall in the kitchen.
