I am so for your loss. Losing a friend is one of the most devastating experiences.

I only knew him as a celebrity and thought he was a nice, chill kind of a guy. It had to be the biggest and worst shock to hear of his passing when you actually knew him. I'm so sorry for you and your husband for losing a friend.

I know it was an accident but he had to be in so much pain and felt such despair to have relapsed. The world is going to be a little sadder without him and his music in it.

I'm so sorry for you both.

When I'd heard the news I felt such a pang in my heart because he seemed to have been able to overcome so much that I just didn't think he'd be one to succumb.

I hope he's at peace.

Nothing is sadder than losing a friend to an OD. You just never know if they were in pain and you could have helped or if it was just a stupid, meaningless accident. Very sad for all of you who were close to him!
